Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
📦 United States: 10 - 15 business days
🌍 Other Countries: 15 - 20 business days
Please note: during peak times or public holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates beyond our control. For international shipments, customs inspections may also cause additional delays.
Order Changes & amp; Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects a potential issue with your address, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days for confirmation.
If no response is received within that time frame, your order may be canceled.

Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we always strive to ship promptly, some delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

In such cases, we’ll communicate with you as soon as possible and work closely with our courier partners to ensure your order arrives quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@bolthut.com

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is beyond our direct control, but we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier company and tracking the status.
Bolthut is not liable for lost or stolen packages after dispatch, as these situations fall outside our refund policy.
However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
If your package cannot be recovered, we also recommend filing a police report for additional documentation.
