Warranty coverage
A 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, material and workmanship issues, and malfunctions under normal use — including LEDs, motors, and batteries under normal charge cycles.
What is not covered
Misuse or abuse, accidents and drops, liquid beyond the product's rating, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and third-party accessories or power sources.
How to submit a claim
Email support@bolthut.com with your order number, product name, a description, and clear photos or video. We respond within 1 business day.
Replacement & resolution
Valid claims get a free replacement first. If unavailable, we issue a refund — full or partial, matching the remaining value. You usually don't need to ship the defective item back.
Warranty limitations
Valid only for purchases made directly at bolthut.com — non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. BoltHut isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer responsibilities
Install and use products per the included instructions, only for their intended purpose, and keep your order number as proof of purchase for verification.
