The terms, made clear

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of any of the Terms results in immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Product images are illustrative; minor variations can occur. Compatibility ("fits year/make/model") is provided to the best of our knowledge — always confirm fitment for your exact vehicle before installing. Our Fits-or-Refund Guarantee protects you if a product doesn't fit as described.

BoltHut sells aftermarket accessories: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Brand names describe compatibility only, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Some accessories (e.g., decorative lighting) may be regulated differently by state or province. You are responsible for installing and using products in compliance with your local laws, and for safe installation that does not obstruct the driver's view or vehicle safety systems.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice, and shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it.

Unless stated otherwise: one discount code per order; welcome codes (e.g., WELCOME5) are valid once per customer on their first order; codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or combined with other codes.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the parcel to the address you provided.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy — 30 days, email-first (contact support@bolthut.com before shipping anything back). Product defects are covered by our 2-Year Warranty policy.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Occasionally there may be information containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping). We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate — including after an order is submitted (with a full refund where charged).

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to spam, phish, crawl, or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated by us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NG2SI LLC's total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoltHut / NG2SI LLC and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted and severed where necessary — without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive it. If you fail to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time; you remain liable for all amounts due.

These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
