How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and typical total delivery time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation, across the US and Canada. Peak seasons may add a few days.
How much does shipping cost?
- 🇺🇸 US — Standard: $6.98, and FREE on orders over $59.
- Want extra protection? Secured Shipping: $10.98 (priority handling + enhanced parcel protection).
- 🇨🇦 Canada — calculated at checkout; import duties (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check any order on our Track Your Order page.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — email support@bolthut.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the parcel is in transit we can no longer redirect it.
Will this fit my car?
Each product page lists compatibility details. Always check your exact year, make and model before ordering — and if it still doesn't fit as described, our Fits-or-Refund Guarantee gives you your money back.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Start by emailing support@bolthut.com with your order number — we confirm within 1 business day and send the authorized return address. Please don't ship anything back before that; unauthorized parcels can't be processed.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — at no cost to you.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing and material defects for 24 months from delivery. Valid claims get a free replacement first (refund if unavailable), and you usually don't need to ship the defective item back. Wear and tear, misuse, and modified products aren't covered.
Do you have a discount for first orders?
