Solder melts at low enough temp safely.
BOLTHUT™ Solder Seal Wire Connectors — Heat-Shrink, Water-Resistant

If your splices keep failing in the same spots, you're not imagining it.
You don't need a steadier hand — you need a splice that bonds and seals in one shot.
Electrical tape
Unwinds in engine-bay heat and lets moisture creep into the joint.
Standard crimp connectors
An incorrectly sized or poorly made crimp can loosen — and adds no seal of its own.
Twist-on wire nuts
Built for dry indoor runs — not for a shaking, wet vehicle.
Hand-soldering
Takes more setup and still leaves a bare joint you have to seal separately.
A bare crimp or tape asks you to pick between a strong bond OR a weather seal. This kit gives you both in one heating step.
Step up a kit size and your cost per connector drops.
Also in a 100-piece kit. Stock up once and keep the right connector on hand for every job.

Watch the solder flow and the tube seal — before you order.
The bond and the seal happen in the same few seconds of heat.

Low-temp solder flows around the strands for a metal-to-metal join.
Adhesive-lined walls shrink down and close around the insulation.
A bonded joint resists the backing-out that loosens a crimp over time.
Four color bands span 26–10 AWG wire at a glance.
No crimp tool or soldering iron — just a heat source.
The clear tube lets you check the solder flow as it sets.
One step for the bond, one step for the seal — the same step.
One case covers the wiring jobs that keep coming up.
Precision Where It Counts — Inside the Tube
Every connector does two jobs in one pass of heat: bond the copper, then seal the joint.
That's the difference between a repair you trust and one you revisit.

A band of low-temp solder sits in the middle of the tube.
Flows at 138°C / 280°F
With even heat it flows around the copper strands before the tube over-heats.
The result is a metal-to-metal join, not just a mechanical grip.
The outer wall shrinks while an inner adhesive layer melts.
Shrinks from 80°C / 176°F
That adhesive closes around the wire insulation on both ends.
Moisture, salt, and grime are kept out of the splice.
Four colors map to four wire-gauge ranges.
Covers 26–10 AWG
Match your wire to the band and you've got the right size.
White for thin signal wire up to yellow for heavier-gauge lines.
The tube is clear, so nothing about the splice is hidden.
See the solder set
You watch the solder flow and the walls close as you heat.
You can confirm the solder flowed instead of crimping blind.
Small choices inside each connector are what make the splice last.
A low 138°C/280°F flow point, made to bond with controlled, even heat.
An adhesive inner wall seals the joint as the outer wall shrinks.
Four colors keep you from guessing the right connector size.
Lets you watch the solder flow and confirm a clean join.

Splice in lights, sensors, stereos, and 12V add-ons that stay put over bumps.

Help seal boat, trailer, and dock wiring against spray and damp.

Join 12V runs on campers, vans, and off-grid setups with a sealed joint.

Make tidy, low-profile splices behind panels and under seats.
Four Steps, One Pass of Heat
Strip about 1/3" on each wire end and lightly twist each end's own strands so they don't fray.
Match your wire gauge to the color band and grab that connector.
Slide one wire into each side so the bare ends overlap under the center solder ring.
Heat and rotate until the solder flows and the tube shrinks tight. Before any wiring, disconnect the battery, use the exact fuse rating the kit calls for, ground to bare metal, and see a pro if you're unsure.
The solder melts quickly with a mini heat gun and seals tight every time.
The jobs that used to mean tape, crimps, and do-overs now take one connector.

Four sizes, sorted and labeled, ready for the next job.

For thin signal and LED wiring.
For most 12V accessory runs.
For heavier accessory wiring.
For heavier-gauge wire.
Snap-lid box with the size chart on the lid.

From order to a sealed splice, here's how it goes.

If you run wire anywhere it shakes or gets wet, this is for you.

These solder seal wire connectors are a real upgrade for automotive electrical work. I used them on a few harness repairs and the weather-tight seal is solid. The heat shrink tubing contracts nicely while the solder inside flows evenly to bond the wires.

I bought this kit for rewiring my boat and trailer. The solder flux melts smoothly with a heat gun, creating a strong and sealed connection without needing separate crimping tools. The color-coded sizes make finding the right piece effortless.

A go-to set for any wiring project. Standard crimping can loosen over time, but these create a strong, water-resistant bond in seconds. I used them for outdoor lighting and boat wiring where moisture is a constant issue.
